This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! The room stunk so bad of smoke that I felt like I was in a chmney. Housekeeping was horrible! I found used soap in my bathroom. Housekeeping staff is obviously not doing their job. I had to address the issue with management twice. My Husband brought down the used soap to registration after the problem was addressed with them the first time to no appropriate resolution. The only thing that was done was comping me $* after the used soap was disposed in the hands of management. You have to pay for internet use and the quality of the cable is obsolete. It was so bad myself and my spouse left a day early to go home. The only good thing about this hotel is that it is in the middle of the strip and is within walking distnce of quality casinos. If I ever come to Vegas again it will not be to this disgusting hotel. Save your money and don't go here, go sonewhere that has quality.

It is not the best hotel on the strip, but for the price I don't think you can beat Bally's. I have stayed there twice now and both times it has been pleasant. Staff is friendly rooms are clean. The hotel is right in the middle of the strip, allowing easy access to all other casinos. The monorail also runs behind, making travel up and down the strip very easy. I don't know that I will stay anywhere else in Las Vegas on future trips

We arrived at noon but the room was not ready until 4PM. It would have been understandable since 2000 people were arriving that day for a conference, however, the desk clerk said that he could give us an upgrade for $X that would get us in right away. We didn't take the upgrade. Our beds were like motel 6 grade beds. I wonder what the upgrade beds were like. The outside pool was so far away from our room it wasn't worth the trip.

Bally's is a good value, but not the best value. Bill's right across the street is cheaper and more convenient in regards to parking, check in, etc. Mainly due to the size of the hotel. Bally's is a step up room wise however. And those who want to make money at the poker tables will find a super fishy room right downstairs. In general Bally's is a good value based on price vs location and room quality. But the walk to the parking lot is long and annoying. The walk to the strip is long and annoying. The sterling brunch is ridiculous but obviously you don't need to stay at Bally's to experience it.

Bally's was clean and the beds were really comfortable. We actually got put in a celebrity suite for the first night because we were a late check-in and our actual room had been used. Most of the staff was great, the pool was fabulous. I thought the food was only okay. The food cafe by the pool was really expensive for what you got. I would absolutely stay there again. We walked away from Vegas feeling that we had a really great vacation!
