Be careful when making a "reservation". I went to Vegas for my daughters dance convention with the family (Wife, Son, Daughter & Myself). We thought we reserved a double queen room. Makes sense since there were four of us. When we checked in we were given a King Bed room and then told that our reservation was only a "Request". There were no Double Queen rooms left for the night we were there (a total of 8 nights). Also, we arrived at 10am and normal check in wasn't until 3PM but they still had no Queen Bed rooms? We were told that we could go to our room and then call down the following morning to see if the other room type was available. I don't want to switch rooms after we get situated. No attempt was made to remedy the situation. Pool was WAY to crowded. People were in line at 8am to get a chair. If you weren't in line, you didn't get a chair! Buffet was not too impressive. They did have a lot of selection, but not high quality. There was a reason, other than pirce that there wasn't a lot of people in the Buffet.

The hotel is in an excellent location. We were there for my 40th birthday. We found that we ended up at the same hotel as the drunk gang on the plane on the way down for a bachelor party. Repeat this over multiple times and this was crowd we found to be there. Maybe it was the weekend we went but I felt the hotel was for crowds up to age 30. If you want to have a slower pace at casinos, less crowded pool etc..it's not for you. The walls were very thin so we heard many drunk people wandering the halls all night. I write this because I wish we had known which hotels were more age appropriate for us. We like the shows and to have a good time but we also like downtime and are no longer in the drinking till we are drunk phase. We visited Ceacers Palace and the pool was so much less crowded as well as the resort. We would stay there next time. If you are someone between 21 and 30s and like to party you'd love it here. Its not expensive and theres lots of singles etc.. On a positive note, it was a great location and Beatles Love was very good.

Great place to stay and hang by the pool. When we got there, check in service was slow but tolerable. They gave us a smoking room when we requested a non-smoking. We called the front desk and they upgraded us to a nice suite at no extra charge. The suite was nice! Especially the tub with jets and separate shower. The Mirage is always a great place to stay. They have one of the best pools in Vegas too! As for the casino, not much action happening as far as payouts. Overall, a very decent stay.

The Mirage is a conviently located, well kept hotel, the staff is attentive, and helpful. The housekeeping staff is through, and fast. The only complaints I had were a larger, more modern bathroom would have been nice, and the casino smoke smell was very strong and bothersome. In general though it was a beautiful place with alot to offer. The restaurant choices are many. The only restaurant I wouldn't recommend is B.B.Kings, service was horrific, and the food was terrible.. but music was great! Would definitely stay there again and again

Loved the room: the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Had a mini-bar that was weight sensitive, so we couldn't touch anything without getting charged but that was not a big deal. Would have liked to be able to put our own stuff in the fridge but unable to with the merchandise there. Staff was friendly and informative, however nothing seems to be quick in Vegas, always a wait. The location is the best, right in the middle of the strip. And lots to do right at the hotel, I would definitely stay here again.
