i couldnt believe the discraceful staff. To begin with they could not properly do my wifes make up on the day of her wedding. If you dont know how to handle women of color then say that up front. Next b/c one of our African friends dates a Jewish woman a comment was made. Furthermore another one of our guests was told about his Nigerian accent her name was xyz who works at the front desk. Finally there is abc. Who made it clear that i was not welcome there. Didnt even have the class to say quotThank you for staying at the Luxorquot. The Luxor is a disgrace to the MGM name brand. I have tried to contact higher ups to let them know of my experience however I cant even get a return phone call. What a class act. Do yourself a favor stay anywhere else but here. The rooms arent even up to date. The excalibur treated all of my guests very well and even gave two of them the upgrade to the nicer rooms because there was an error in their reservations. Ill soon to put ABC on travel website because i did record her on my phone becuase I knew that they were going to try something fishy when promised that they were going to comp. me for my troubles.

I reserved the shuttle from the airport to the luxor. Shuttle at the air port was easy to find. Had good service but when they dropped us off at the luxor we walked into the motel and no one greeted us. We had a hard time finding the front desk. It turned out that the shuttle dropped us off at the back door. When we found the front desk the service was good and they were happy to hold our bags until check in. The room was nice quiet and big but had no bath tub. It did have a good view. Service was good and was quick to come to the room when needed. But I did not like when we came in for the evening and had a message it was for an escort service. The Casino was nice, the food was good and I would go back again.

we stayed at the luxor hotel, the rooms sucked, they looked nothing like there pictures they have on the web site. they charge you a * dollar fee, and don't tell you what it's for!!! the food was good, but that does not make up for the amount you pay, and it's at the end of the strip. bottom line. what you see is not what you get.

We stayed at Luxor last year and were happy with our overall experience both last and this year. For the price you can't beat it. I'm sure the other hotels on the strip that charge more are nice, but why pay more when you can be comfortable and be treated just as well at Luxor. For all my visits to Vegas, I plan on coming back to Luxor.
